  • Acute dyspnoea

  • Tachycardia/hypotension
  • Severe haemorrhage

  • FBC, CRP/ESR, Clotting screen
  • D-dimer
  • U&Es, LFTs
  • Urinalysis
  • Sputum analysis
  • ECG
  • CXR
  • CT scan
  • V/Q scan
  • Bronchoscopy
  • Echocardiography
